The OMRON Group was founded in 1933. Mr. Kazuma Tateishi established a small factory in Osaka called Tateishi Electric Manufacturing. At that time, there were only two employees. To keep pace with the times, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the founding of the company, the company name and brand were unified and renamed "OMRON CORPORATION".
