II. Construction Scale

The first phase of the project started on June 28, 2001, with two 75t/h circulating fluidized bed boilers and one 12MW condensate pumping unit, which was formally connected to the grid on November 28, 2002 for power generation and operation. The second phase of the project started in 2003 and was put into operation in early 2004. The second phase of the project includes the expansion of one 75t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler and one 15MW pumped condensing unit. Now Kaiyuan Cogeneration has reached three furnaces and two machines, with an installed capacity of 27,000KW generating units and a total evaporation capacity of 225t/h. Utilities such as flue, water production, land, etc. have reached a matching capacity of 50,000kw, which saves 100 million yuan in investment.

The company has laid Φ325 and Φ530 heating trunk lines and Φ377, Φ273 and Φ219 customer branch lines in the development zone by adopting the domestic advanced steel jacket direct burial technology. The total length of heating trunk and branch lines reaches 31Km, which can meet the demand of 80t/h of industrial heat and 2 million m2 of residential heating in the development zone.

Three, equipment configuration

The company's boiler equipment for the first and second phase of the project is selected from the Wuxi Boiler Works production of 75t/h high temperature, high pressure circulating fluidized bed boilers, steam equipment is selected from the Nanjing Turbine Works production of C12, C15 condensing turbine generator sets. In order to meet the national environmental protection emission standards, equipped with three-stage electric precipitator produced by Wuxi Yiha, dust removal efficiency of up to 99.3%. In order to ensure the normal production of softened water, the company has built two sets of reverse osmosis water treatment devices produced by Hangzhou Peninsula Company, plus two sets of mixed-bed depth purification device, the daily water production capacity of up to 2000T or more.

All the equipments of the company are equipped with advanced automation devices, pneumatic ash removal, fuel coal, water treatment all realize PLC microcomputer control, boiler, steam engine, electrical equipment are equipped with DCS control and microcomputer protection devices, greatly improving the efficiency of the work, reducing the cost of production, and increasing the safety of production.
