Based on the "Chinese People's Liberation Army Active Duty Soldier Service Regulations" Article 42 stipulates:
1, due to the war, due to public service, due to the disease caused by the disability was assessed after the disability level, can not adhere to normal work.
2 The expiration of the medical treatment period for illness or the end of medical treatment, as certified by the military hospital and confirmed by the health department of the unit at or above the military level, is not suitable for continuing active service; then they can be withdrawn from active service.
Article 45: When a soldier withdraws from active service, he shall be paid a subsidy for withdrawal from active service in accordance with the regulations; if he suffers from a chronic disease, he shall be paid a medical subsidy in accordance with the regulations.
Article 211 of the Internal Regulations of the Chinese People's Liberation Army:
(1) Before a soldier is admitted to a hospital (health team), the soldier shall be accounted for by the company chief, and the officer by the immediate chief, who shall give an account of the precautions to be taken, put forward specific requirements, and send someone to escort him to the hospital if necessary. Long-term hospitalized persons, should be visited in due course.
(2) The management of the sick and wounded during their stay in the hospital (health unit) is the responsibility of the hospital (health unit). For disobedience, violation of discipline, the hospital (health team) shall promptly notify their units to deal with serious. When a sick or wounded person is discharged from the hospital (team), the hospital (health team) shall make an appraisal of his/her performance during his/her hospitalization (team) and notify his/her unit in advance of the time of his/her discharge from the hospital (team). The hospital (health unit) shall not grant family leave to the discharged patient.
(3) the sick and wounded hospital (health team), must abide by the rules of the hospital (team), obey the management. The host unit shall take the initiative to learn about the condition of the sick and wounded and their performance during their stay in the hospital (team), and usually sends someone to take them back when they are discharged.
(4) Discharged from the hospital (team) and after going out to see the doctor, must return directly to their units in a timely manner, not to go home and detour to other places.
