The first aid center can be set up independently or relying on medical institutions. Relying on medical institutions to set up the emergency center, should take the medical institutions to voluntarily join the emergency network, shall not be set up by the emergency center of the medical institutions exclusive monopoly operation, shall not refuse other medical institutions to join the pre-hospital medical emergency network. Any other units and individuals shall not set up "120" call number or any other form of pre-hospital medical emergency call number and its pre-hospital medical emergency command and control institutions and command and control information system; shall not be fraudulently used in the first aid center, first aid network hospitals and "120" name and logo to engage in medical emergency services.
No one shall use the name and logo of the emergency center, emergency network hospitals and "120" to engage in activities related to medical emergencies.
Any unit or individual shall not "120" call telephone harassment, false reporting of call for help information, malicious call to occupy the emergency call line. Article XII of the first aid center shall meet the basic standards of medical institutions, and perform the following duties:
(1) through the pre-hospital medical emergency calls for help on the special telephone "120" to receive calls for help, collection, processing and storage of pre-hospital medical emergency information;
(2) undertake pre-hospital medical emergencies, directing, dispatching The administrative region emergency network hospitals, emergency stations (points) to perform pre-hospital medical emergency tasks;
