Article 12 Party B shall voluntarily pay to Party A a construction safety and quality deposit*** of RMB 100,000.00 as a guarantee for the fulfillment of this Agreement and construction safety and quality. Party A will take regular and irregular ways to inspect the safety and quality management of the construction section and feedback the inspection results to Party B. Party B will not be responsible for the safety and quality management of the construction section. As needed, Party B will be penalized by issuing a Notice of Deduction for Default in accordance with the Measures for Safety Management of Road-Related Construction, and the penalty will be deducted from Party B's construction safety and quality guarantee. One year after the completion of the road construction section, no construction safety and quality accidents, the remaining construction safety and quality deposit will be refunded.
Article 13 Party B will pay the construction safety and quality deposit of RMB 50,000 to Party A within three days after the signing of this agreement (?50000.00), and the remaining part of the construction safety and quality deposit will be paid off before January 15, 20xx.
