Article 1 Scope of Contract

This contract is about the provision of computer system maintenance and upkeep services by _______ Technology Limited (hereinafter referred to as Party B) to __________ (hereinafter referred to as Party A). Contract.

Party B shall ensure the efficient and stable operation of Party A's existing computer system.

A list of the brands, configurations, serial numbers, and warranty periods of the software and hardware equipment to be serviced by Party B shall be signed by Party A and Party B***. Prior to the execution of the contract, Party B will conduct a comprehensive test of the equipment in the "System Equipment List" provided by Party A.

(I) Contract Equipment or Equipment

1. Equipment or accessories listed in the System Equipment List.

2. Party B will only provide services for the contract equipment.

(ii) Faulty Equipment

Contract Equipment that has been accepted by Party B as faulty.

(iii) Standard Service Hours

Monday through Friday, every day ______:______ - ______:______ (Beijing time), except holidays.

(D) Standard Response Time

Maximum time required from Party B's confirmation and acceptance of Party A's on-site service request to Party B's personnel's arrival at the service location:

Service Content:

1. System upgrading and updating consulting;

2. Regular testing and maintenance;

3, hardware updates and upgrades to the installation and configuration;

4, data migration and recovery;

5, virus detection and removal;

6, operating system failure detection and troubleshooting;

7, system equipment replacement when the operating system is re-installed and debugging;

8, the detection of network hardware and equipment;

9, system connection Check;

10, connected to the Internet network debugging;

11, equipment removal;

12, printers and other peripheral equipment driver installation and maintenance.

The second maintenance mode

(a) regular maintenance

Party B of the Party's computer system at least once a month for maintenance, including system optimization, hard disk sorting and anti-virus and chassis dust removal and other work.

(B) Random Troubleshooting

1, telephone support

Party B through the service phone to the Party's faulty equipment to make the basic fault determination, troubleshooting, operational guidance services. Telephone support does not eliminate all the faults.

2. On-site service

When Party B determines that it is impossible to troubleshoot the faulty equipment only through telephone support, it will assign an engineer to arrive at the service site during the standard service time according to the relevant provisions in the contract terms.

Article 3 Services not covered by the Contract

(a) Equipment other than those listed in the System Equipment List.

(ii) Data loss not caused by Party B.

(c) Services that can only be completed in places where Party A does not allow Party B to enter or leave.

(d) Places other than those where Party B undertakes to provide services.

(v) Any software or hardware failure or error due to a demonstrable inherent defect in the product (software, hardware) itself.

(vi) All operating systems and application software other than the operating systems developed by microsoft (such as dos, win3x, win9x, winnt, win2000, winxp, etc.).

Article IV Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform their respective responsibilities in a timely manner as a result of accidents caused by fire, flood, war, violence, or other similar force majeure events. However, the parties may delay the performance of this contract as a result.

Article 5 Confidentiality

The other party shall not unilaterally disclose to any person the contents of any document marked with the word "Confidential" or similar words, or any document that does not have similar words, but is of a confidential nature, without the prior written authorization of the other party. However, this clause does not cover information that is well known and of demonstrably low value. Both parties shall ensure that their staff are aware of the confidentiality of such information. If a subcontractor appointed by you undertakes to comply with this clause, you may disclose the confidential contents to that subcontractor. The term of confidentiality will not be limited by the term of this contract.

Article VI Maintenance Fee

Party A pays Party B a maintenance fee of RMB: ______ Yuan/month (RMB ______ Yuan/month), totaling RMB ______ Yuan/year (RMB ______ Yuan/year), payable in one lump sum from the date of signing the contract.

Article VII Term of Contract

Article VIII Arbitration and Law

All disputes arising from the implementation of this contract or related to the contract shall be resolved through friendly consultation between the two parties, and disputes that cannot be resolved through friendly consultation shall be submitted to the relevant state departments for arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations on Arbitration of Economic Contracts in accordance with the Chinese law.

Article IX Other

This contract is in duplicate, with the same legal effect, each party to sign a copy. It will come into effect after both parties sign and seal it.
