1, the dishwasher has simple structure and long service life.
Because the water molecule vibration generated by ultrasonic wave is used to wash dishes, there is no need for spray arm rotating mechanism, water stirring impeller mechanism, pump, motor, circulating water system and so on. Therefore, the structure is simpler, the failure probability is smaller, and the maintenance and after-sales service are simpler.
2. No special detergent is needed.
Traditional dishwashers mainly rely on the chemical cleaning function of special detergents, while ultrasonic dishwashers do not need detergents in principle. The addition of detergent also plays an auxiliary role in degreasing, and there is no special requirement for detergent. Processing electronic aviation instruments, optical equipment, medical equipment, auto parts and other industries, all choose ultrasonic cleaning.
3. Low cleaning cost
Because of the high reuse rate of cleaning agent and the cheap purchase of consumables, the cleaning cost can be roughly divided into equipment cost and consumption cost in all cleaning methods.
Second, shortcomings.
It is troublesome to wash after ultrasonic washing, and it takes a long time to get in and out of the water. Ultrasonic dishwasher is not ideal for cleaning oil stains, because it does not need to add detergent, so it can intelligently clean itself, which may lead to dirty cleaning, so there are still some defects in its use.
