Medicare card can be reimbursed for the following treatment items:
1, extracorporeal vibration wave lithotripsy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, medical linear gas pedal treatment, intensive care and rescue CCU, ICU ward treatment;
2, kidney transplantation, heart valve transplantation, corneal transplantation, skin transplantation, vascular transplantation, bone transplantation, bone marrow transplantation, pancreatic islet transplant;
3, pacemaker, artificial joints, artificial crystals, artificial larynx, artificial hip joints and other in vivo artificial organ replacement and installation, cardiac bypass surgery, cardiac catheterization balloon dilatation;
4, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis;
5, cardiac laser perforation, anti-tumor cellular immunotherapy, interventional therapy, and fast neutron therapy programs.
Medicare reimbursement process is as follows:
1. Hospitalization medical expenses will be paid by the individual first, and then after discharge from the hospital with the Municipal Urban Resident College Student Medical Insurance Card, ID card, outpatient medical records, discharge summary, total list of expenses (itemized list of expenses), diagnosis of diseases, valid bills (original invoices), doctor's orders, copy of the first page of the medical case, the certificate issued by the school, and the certificate of transferring to a different hospital will be required. The certificate of transferring to another hospital, or the relevant certificate issued by the college for trauma treatment, etc., should be submitted to the window of the Medical Section of the Service Hall of the Municipal Health Insurance Management Center for review and reimbursement. In different hospitals, to provide materials from different hospitals; in the same hospital by hospitalization at different times (before the expenses are not written off, such as discharge and then into the same hospital for treatment), but also to provide the same different period of hospitalization materials;

Medical expenses that are in line with the basic medical insurance drug catalog, diagnostic and therapeutic items, medical service facility standards, as well as emergency and rescue medical expenses, shall be paid from the basic medical insurance fund in accordance with state regulations.
Article 29
The portion of the medical expenses of insured persons that should be paid by the basic medical insurance fund shall be settled directly between the social insurance administration organization and the medical institutions and drug business units.
The administrative departments of social insurance and the administrative departments of health shall establish a settlement system for medical expenses incurred for medical treatment in other places, so as to facilitate the enjoyment of basic medical insurance by insured persons.
