High-speed rail eco-business district, with a total planned area of 5 square kilometers, will focus on building a brand-new platform with high-end service industry and high-tech enterprises as the center. At present, the 16-square-kilometer starting area with corporate headquarters, CBD, business and leisure, and software service outsourcing as its main business has been basically completed, and a number of major projects such as Xuzhou Bodun Windham five-star hotel, wedding cultural and creative industrial park, Moon Star Global Port, Metro supermarket, high-speed rail Times Square and software service outsourcing base have been completed and put into use. In the second phase, according to the spatial structure of "two axes and seven zones", the regulatory detailed planning, land use and industrial development planning of 34 square kilometers have been completed around the creation of four functional sectors: innovative R&D center zone, modern logistics business zone, ecologically livable new city zone and ecological leisure tourism zone, focusing on the development of high-end service industries with 2.5 industries such as ecological R&D, e-commerce and modern finance. The "two vertical and two horizontal" roads and the "one lake and one river" water system in the core area of 5 square kilometers have been basically completed, and a number of e-commerce and ecological research and development enterprises have settled in.
The two zones
mainly focus on the development strategy of Xulian Industrial Corridor and Xujia Industrial Corridor, with the emphasis on the construction of six functional parks, and scientifically arrange key industrial projects to form an industrial zone that runs across the east and west and across the north and south.

construction machinery industrial park is located in the north of the canal, with a total planned area of 12 square kilometers. It mainly develops high-end construction machinery mainframes and key parts industries, and the infrastructure of the park is about to be fully completed. In the construction machinery industrial park, a Caterpillar supplier industrial park covering an area of more than 1, mu has been planned and built, with a storage service area, intensive supporting facilities and centralized distribution of water, electricity, gas, catering, water treatment and office space. Six supporting enterprises have settled in, and their construction mode has been listed as a new teaching case by Harvard University.
China-Germany Xuzhou Oriental Ruhr Industrial Park is an important industrial carrier of Xuzhou's cooperation project with Germany to build Xuzhou Ecological Demonstration Zone. It is located in the northeast of Xuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, bordering Beijing-Fuzhou Expressway in the west, Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal in the north and Yangshan Road in the south, with a planned land area of about 18 square kilometers. According to the function, it is divided into three sub-parks, namely photovoltaic industrial park, modern business logistics industrial park, ecological restoration and nursery forest park. By the end of 215, the photovoltaic industrial park has owned the middle energy silicon industry with the world's largest polysilicon production capacity and first-class technical quality, and the world's largest professional ingot slicing factory with the highest photoelectric conversion rate-GCL Silicon Material Factory, basically forming a complete photovoltaic industrial chain from polysilicon to solar power stations. Modern business logistics industrial park takes the construction of a 1-million-ton port of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and the metal logistics project as two main pulling points, and forms a modern business logistics industrial zone integrating cargo handling, warehousing, processing and distribution, transit trading and transportation in the region. Ecological restoration and nursery forest park are mainly planned and constructed as the "green lung" in the eastern part of Xuzhou city.
Clean Technology Industrial Park is a key functional park developed by the Development Zone in cooperation with Tsinghua Holding Group, relying on Tsinghua University. It is located in the east of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, with a planned area of 5 square kilometers, and focuses on introducing and developing new light sources, new household appliances and communications, intelligent manufacturing robots, smart grid and other strategic emerging industries. Smart Grid Industrial Park is the garden of clean technology industrial park, with a planned area of 2 square kilometers, focusing on the development of smart grid industries such as smart transformers, rectifiers, inductors, intelligent transmission and distribution, control equipment, etc. Three enterprises have been put into production and operation.
the new energy automobile industrial park is located in the eastern part of the development zone, with a planned area of 3.5 square kilometers, focusing on the introduction and development of new energy vehicles and key parts, batteries, motors and electronic control manufacturing industries. At present, the planning of the park is under way, and the infrastructure is about to start construction.
health industrial park is located in the second phase of high-speed rail eco-business district, and it is one of the three key parks for developing new medicine industry in Xuzhou, with a planned total area of 5.3 square kilometers, focusing on building a comprehensive functional park integrating research and development, manufacturing, display, trading and service of biomedicine, medical devices and nutrition and health products. At present, the planning of the park has been completed, and infrastructure such as "two vertical and two horizontal" roads are being built, and three projects have reached the intention of entering the park.
the e-commerce headquarters industrial park is located in the second phase of the high-speed rail eco-business zone, with a planned area of 2.8 square kilometers. It is mainly to build a comprehensive park integrating software development, e-commerce, automotive electronic services, modern finance, mobile internet and other industries and supporting businesses, and strive to build a demonstration zone that organically combines high-end finance and technology industries.
