Relationship between Dingqiao and Huawei

Dingbridge is a company controlled by Huawei.

Dingbridge is a wholly foreign-owned joint venture between Siemens Communications Group and Huawei Technologies Co. The predecessor of Dingbridge was Nokia's and Siemens' joint venture, Norwest, which was dedicated to being a telecom equipment provider, and existed in the 3G era. Later Nokia sold its shares to Siemens and Huawei took a stake, giving birth to TD Tech.

Siemens Communications Group and Huawei Technologies Co. both hold 51 percent and 49 percent of the shares, respectively, and their main business is to do industry-specific networks. TD Tech and Glory have too many similarities, such as the inheritance of Huawei's genes, reliance on technology, fast response time, strong execution, and so on. Or, TD Tech is Huawei's terminal "shadow".
