(3) responsible for the emergency, critical, serious injuries and illnesses and catastrophic, sudden incidents of the on-site rescue and transfer of the injured and sick, and the receiving medical institutions for handover procedures;
(4) timely feedback of emergency medical information;
(5) first aid skills training, first aid knowledge publicity;
(6) in accordance with the provisions of the first-aid personnel, configuration and timely maintenance and renewal of first-aid equipment, instruments;
(7) other duties prescribed by laws and regulations. Article XI set up emergency medical center (station) shall be consistent with the medical institutions set up planning and construction standards, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the health administrative department for approval. Article XII of the first aid personnel shall have the appropriate professional knowledge and first aid skills.
Engaged in social emergency medical doctors should have licensed physician qualifications, and has more than three years of clinical experience; engaged in social emergency medical nurses should have licensed nurse qualifications, and has more than two years of clinical experience. Article XIII of airports, stations, subways, large shopping malls, scenic spots and other crowded places and mines, building construction enterprises and other large industrial enterprises should establish rescue organizations, configure the necessary first aid medicines and equipment, and organize first aid skills training of relevant personnel. Article XIV of the administrative department of health is responsible for organizing and carrying out first aid medical basic knowledge of publicity and education.
Public security, education, civil affairs, tourism, transportation, fire and other departments and units shall do a good job in their respective areas of responsibility to promote knowledge of first aid medical.
Newspapers, radio, television, Internet and other media should be publicized to the public first aid medical knowledge of public welfare, enhance public awareness of first aid, improve the ability to save themselves and others.
Resident committees (communities), village committees and property service enterprises should be regularly organized to carry out first aid medical knowledge publicity and education activities.
