Old towns and built residential areas should adopt various ways to improve child care institutions to meet the needs of residents. Article 6; The construction of urban child care institutions should fully consider the demand for child care services for migrant workers. Article 7; In the construction of comprehensive service facilities in rural communities, the construction of child care institutions should be considered as a whole. Article 8; Support employers to provide welfare care services for employees in the workplace by holding them alone or jointly with other units, and open them to nearby residents if conditions permit. Article 9; Encourage the construction and improvement of nursery institutions in industrial clusters and employers with dense employment groups through various forms such as marketization and public and private assistance. Article 10; Give full play to the infant care service function of urban and rural community public service facilities, and strengthen the functional connection between community pension institutions and community service centers (stations) and community health, culture, sports and other facilities. Article 14; The house decoration, facilities, equipment and decorative materials of nurseries and kindergartens shall conform to the relevant national safety and quality standards and environmental protection standards, and shall be inspected and maintained regularly. Article 15; Nursery institutions should be equipped with furniture, utensils, toys, books and games that meet the age characteristics of infants, and meet the relevant national safety and quality standards and environmental protection standards. Article 15; Nursery institutions shall establish an information publicity system, and regularly publicize the charging items and standards, conservation and care, diet and nutrition, health care, safety and security, etc. , and accept supervision. Chapter iv; Article 16 Protection and management; Nursery institutions should scientifically and reasonably arrange the life of infants and children, and do a good job in eating, feeding, going to the toilet, washing, cleaning, sleeping, putting on clothes, playing games and other services. Article 17; Nursery institutions should adapt to feeding, scientifically formulate recipes, and ensure the dietary balance of infants. If there are special feeding needs, the guardian of the baby shall provide a written explanation. Article 18; Nursery institutions should ensure that the daily outdoor activities of infants and young children are not less than 2 hours, which can be adjusted as appropriate in hot and cold seasons or special weather conditions. Article 19; Nursery institutions should take games as the main form of activities to promote children's all-round development in physical development, movement, language, cognition, emotion and sociality. Article 20; Game activities should pay attention to the emotional changes of infants and young children, pay attention to face-to-face and one-on-one communication and interaction with infants and young children, and mix a variety of game types reasonably. Article 21; Nursery institutions should provide appropriate stimulation, enrich the direct experience of infants, support infants to actively explore, operate, interact and express, give play to their autonomy and protect their curiosity. Article 22; Nursery institutions should establish a daily record and feedback system for nursing services, and regularly communicate with the baby guardian about the baby's development.
