Benevolence Doctor is a weekend special planning series broadcast by MBC TV in South Korea since May 26th, 212. Adapted from Motoka Murakami's comic book of the same name, it is a remake of the series "Benevolent Doctor" of the same name broadcast by Japanese TBS TV station in 29. Written by Ji-hoon Han and Quanxian Town, directed by Han Xi and Wu Xianzhong, starring Song Seung Heon, Park Min Young and Kim Jae Jung.

The drama tells the story of a surgeon in modern society in the 21st century who traveled back to the end of ancient Lee's Korea 15 years ago and used his modern medical skills to change the historical process. The play was exported to 45 overseas countries, and was exclusively broadcast in the mainland of Star TV's "Asian Wind Theater".

Synopsis:

Michael Chen (Song Seung Heon) is an excellent neurosurgeon. He dreams of a happy future with his girlfriend Myna (Park Min Young), who is also a doctor. One day, after they had a big quarrel, Myna was in a coma due to a serious accident. In despair, a mysterious patient suddenly appeared in front of Michael Chen, who wanted to join in while walking to the top floor. In order to stop him, Michael Chen accidentally fell from the top floor.
