Government procurement of imported equipment

1. Since it is a government procurement, that is to say, the procurement behavior and the money spent belong to the state (government), and the procurement is subject to certain restrictions, that is, the purchase money is subject to the same technical parameters. If it is stipulated that domestic equipment must be purchased, then even if there are similar products abroad and the technical parameters are basically the same, then this kind of "government procurement" is usually limited to only fruit tea products - unless there is no such restriction.

2. If the procurement is through public bidding/competitive bidding, even if you apply for imported equipment, domestic products that meet the technical parameters can still participate in the bidding.

3. If you want to purchase imported products, then you cannot use purchasing restrictions. Or in public bidding, if the technical parameters of foreign products and domestic products are not concerned, then imported products must have a price advantage. In other words, in the case of public bidding, when the technical parameters are basically the same, generally The one with the most favorable price will win the bid - this is the main rule of bidding.
