Mianyang City is located in the northwest of the Sichuan Basin, under the jurisdiction of Fucheng District, Youxian District, Jiangyou City, An County, Zitong County, Pingwu County, Beichuan County, Santai County, Yanting County. Area of 20249 square kilometers, population of 511.99 million. Mianyang is known as the ancient name of Fulcheng, Mianzhou, known as the "throat of Shu Road". The Sichuan-Shaanxi Highway and the Baocheng Railway pass through here, and it is an important material distribution center in the northern part of Sichuan.
