and improve the impact on the chimpanzees' lives. On the other hand, the zoo temporarily adopted veterinary doctor Shiori (Ryoko Hiroma) to take office, see the animals around the world, happy

Sent to this longing of the zoo? The Asahiyama Zoo, however, is poorly equipped and relies on the experience of its keepers for much of its work. But Shiori's biggest complaint is that the lack of medical facilities

has caused delays in getting the animals medical attention... After a lot of hard work, the zoo has finally made significant improvements, and Shiori and the other keepers have become

more united with each other in their fight for the animals in the zoo.

Plot

As usual, the Asahikawa Zoo in Asahikawa City, Hokkaido, is filled with visitors on this day, and all the branches are bustling with activity.

Zen Sakauchi (Tomotsuharu Yamaguchi), a veterinarian and zookeeper, is discussing a chimpanzee house with his colleagues Nakagawa (Keisuke Koide), Yabe (Tsuyoshi Toshimura), and Sasaki (Ryoji Arakawa).

"Even if there's an audience, chimpanzees are stubborn, headstrong and unsociable ...... that's exactly like someone!" Nakagawa overlapped the seemingly impossible to pull together chimpanzees and Sakauchi, and everyone laughed out loud but considered the hard work involved in building a chimpanzee pavilion.

Then the voice of Sawako (Erika Toda), a staff member at the penguin pavilion, came over the intercom. The audience had come to see "flying penguins", but the penguins stopped flying. The audience is in an uproar as to what is going on. Ono (Masahiko Tsutsukawa), the director of the park, is overwhelmed by the unexpected situation. As the audience grows, so does the trouble. As the saying goes, concern is messy! While it's always been our job to show the animals to the audience, Ono and Sakauchi, who has an idea for a chimpanzee pavilion, have doubts in their minds.......

Meanwhile, Sawako is troubled by her inability to fully communicate her ideas to Chisato (Ito Risako), a woman who, even with her exposure to the mountain goats, has no idea of how she would feel about the animals. Chisato is a lonely girl who, even after being exposed to small animals like goats and bunnies, still doesn't understand the importance of life and can't accept others.

In the meantime, Tokunaga Shiori (Hiroshima Ryoko), a temporary veterinarian at the zoo, has begun work. After seeing zoos all over the world, Shiori finally arrives at the Asahiyama Zoo, a place she has longed to visit, and while she is happy, she is shocked at the poor state of the medical facilities.

While Sakauchi explains to Shiori that her experience as a zookeeper can make up for the shortcomings of the medical facilities, Shiori is also outspoken about her dissatisfaction with the reality of the medical facilities at the zoo that she had envisioned as her ideal zoo.

As her confusion deepens, Sakauchi visits her friend, rancher Kakinouchi (Yoichi Wensui), and confesses to Makihara, who is now in charge of the animal house, that she doesn't understand what she is supposed to be doing and that she is very frustrated

Makihara quietly tells Sakauchi, who is confused, "Even though the animals are kept in cages, the time for tourists to stop in front of the animals is only 2.6 seconds. There are too many tourists and they can't take their time, so the stopping time is also 2.6 seconds. It's not a bad idea for us to give it a try now. Let's see if we can be a zoo that really lets the audience see the animals."

A few days later, the injured hawk was brought to the zoo. Shiori volunteered to treat the hawk herself, hoping to return it to nature once it was healed. The hawk made a full recovery after doing flight training. However, Shiori and Sakauchi have opposing views on the release of the eagle, and as Nakagawa continues his flight training, an accident occurs because of the eagle, and Shiori is forced to face the reality of the difficulty of releasing the eagle.

At the same time, the zoo receives the good news of a new female giraffe. However, at this time, the news of the elephant Nana's illness came. Shiori, who had never seen a sick elephant before, was terrified, and the keepers, including Sakauchi, united to save Nana's life. Then ......
