The flue gas denitrification system of this project adopts EPC turnkey mode. This bidding document includes process system design, equipment selection, procurement, transportation and storage, manufacturing, design of civil construction structures, technical guidance during the whole process of construction, installation, commissioning, testing and inspection, commissioning, assessment and acceptance, elimination of deficiencies, training and final delivery for commissioning within the denitrification system that is necessary to be available; and it can meet the needs of normal operation of the boiler. The minimum technical requirements are set forth in this bidding document, and not all technical requirements and applicable standards are stipulated. The bidder shall provide high-quality design, equipment and its corresponding services that meet the requirements of this bidding document and the listed standards. For the national mandatory standards on safety, fire protection, environmental protection, labor hygiene, etc., their requirements must be met. The system described in this bidding document and the attached drawings are for reference only, and the bidder shall propose a more optimized layout plan, which shall be adopted after confirmation by the bidder. The bidder shall be responsible for the preparation of the system, the selection and arrangement of the equipment, and the requirements of the bidding party do not relieve the bidder of its responsibility. Failure to propose deviations from this tender document shall be deemed to constitute full compliance with the requirements set forth herein. Deviations, however small, must be clearly indicated in the "Table of Variations" in the bidding documents. The technical support party of the bidder shall provide guarantee for the equipment performance guarantee promised by the bidder. The guarantee made by the foreigner shall be responsible to the bidding party, and the bidding party shall be responsible to the bidding party. The technical guarantee made or technology provided by the foreigner shall be finalized by the bidding party after the consent of the bidding party. In case of any disagreement between the two parties, the bidding party and the bidder, regarding the technical guarantee provided by the foreigner, etc., the bidding party shall determine the same. The bidder has the construction performance of denitrification project of 600MW and above units in China. When selecting subcontractors for various projects, the bidding party shall recommend 3 or more alternative manufacturers in the bidding document, which shall be finalized by the bidding party at the time of contract signing or in the course of contract execution.1.1.1.5 The bidding party shall provide the whole set of the actual on-site conditions as detailed in the attached drawings of the bidding document in Attachment 8, which is provided by the bidding party and required by the bidding party. The site is east of Xiangqian Railway, 2.0km to the southeast of Jinzhushan Station, from the station to connect the special line is about 1.7km long; south of the former 1808 Provincial Highway, the power plant coal road from the road into the plant; power plant west of the S312 Provincial Highway and the town of Shatangwan, the power plant into the plant from the main road into the plant from the S312 Provincial Highway into the plant in the western part of the plant, the length of about 140m; the west of 0.9km The plant is located in the narrow shuttle zone between Xiangqian Railway and S312 Provincial Road. The water intake is located in the reservoir area of Langshitan Hydropower Station, which is under construction.1.3.2.6 Transportation Conditions and Restrictions The railroad line of the first phase of the project is connected to Jinzhushan Station of Xiangqian Railway, with a total length of about 1.7km, and there are three tracks opposite to the station house of Jinzhushan Station, with an effective length of 850m. The second phase of the project proposes to set up two new tracks at Jinzhushan Station and renovate the corresponding ancillary facilities in order to satisfy the requirements for additional capacity. The S312 Provincial Road runs through Lengshuijiang City, from Lianyuan in the east to Xinhua in the west. The factory site is close to S312 Provincial Road, and the highway transportation is very convenient.
