Measures for the administration of pre-inspection and triage of infectious diseases in medical institutions

Article 4 Medical institutions should do a good job in pre-screening and triage according to the epidemic season, cycle and trend of specific infectious diseases.

After receiving the early warning information of specific infectious diseases issued by the Ministry of Health and the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, or according to the requirements of local health administrative departments, medical institutions should strengthen the pre-inspection and triage of specific infectious diseases. When necessary, set up a relatively independent pre-examination room for specific infectious diseases, guide patients to go to the pre-examination room first, and then go to the corresponding general department after preliminarily eliminating specific infectious diseases.

Article 5 For patients or suspected patients suffering from special infectious diseases such as respiratory tract, medical institutions shall take measures to isolate or control the spread according to law, and take medical observation and other necessary preventive measures for patients' caregivers and other close contacts in accordance with regulations.

Sixth medical institutions do not have the ability to treat infectious diseases, they should transfer patients in time.
