Engaged in special operations personnel must be over how many years old

Special Operators Safety Technology Training and Assessment Management Regulations, Article 4 of the provisions:

1, 18 years of age, and does not exceed the national legal retirement age;

2, by the community or county-level or above, medical examination of health, and does not impede the engagement in the corresponding special operations of organic heart disease, epilepsy, Meniere's disease, vertigo, dysthymia, Tremor paralysis, mental illness, dementia and other diseases and physical defects;

3, with junior high school and above;

4, with the necessary technical knowledge and skills of safety;

5, the corresponding special operations of other conditions.

Hazardous chemicals special operators, in addition to meeting the conditions set out in the preceding paragraph (a), (b), (d) and (e), should have a high school or the equivalent of high school and above.

1. Special operations are operations that are prone to casualties and may cause significant harm to the operator's own life and health, the lives and health of others and the safety of surrounding facilities. Personnel directly engaged in special operations are called special operators.

2. Because special operations have different risk factors, easy to damage the operator's safety and health, so the special operations need to have the necessary safety protection measures, including technical measures, health measures and organizational measures.

3. "Chinese People's **** and State Labor Law" and the relevant safety and health regulations: employees engaged in special operations, the unit must be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the special safety and technical training, after the relevant organs of the examination and obtain the operation of the certificate of competency or driving license, before being allowed to operate independently.
