I. Planning background

Changzhi Economic and Technological Development Zone (hereinafter referred to as "Changzhi Economic and Technological Development Zone ") is located in the southern part of the main urban area of Changzhi City, the scope of which involves the Luzhou District of Changzhi City (the former urban area) and Shangdang District (the former Changzhi County) . 1. 10. Historical and cultural conservation planning
