The Municipal Science and Technology Bureau was rated as the advanced unit of "Spark Enriching the People" in China, the advanced organization collective of manufacturing informatization in the whole province, and the advanced unit of government informatization in the science and technology management system in the whole province. City Productivity Promotion Center was recognized as a national productivity promotion demonstration center. The comprehensive strength index of science and technology in our city has increased by two places compared with last year, ranking second among the cities and states in the province.

The 2 million tons of environmentally friendly high-performance cement developed by Huaxin Company, the content of industrial waste has exceeded 50%, the annual industrial solid waste has been reduced by 6.5438 million tons, the ton cost has been reduced by 20%, and the profit and tax rate of output value has reached 20%.
