Recovery and sale of productive scrap metal, unproductive scrap metal and nonmetallic renewable resources. (except for special control and pre-licensing items such as scrapped cars, hazardous wastes and medical wastes stipulated by the state), mechanical equipment, refrigeration equipment, electromechanical products, wires and cables, communication equipment, electronic components, welding materials and accessories, chemical raw materials and products. (If the above business scope involves licensed projects, business activities can be carried out only after approval by relevant departments, and business activities can not be carried out without permission). Projects that are subject to approval according to law can only carry out business activities after being approved by relevant departments.

Article 11 To establish a company, the articles of association must be formulated according to law. The Articles of Association are binding on the Company, shareholders, directors, supervisors and senior management.
Article 12 The business scope of a company shall be stipulated in the articles of association and registered according to law. A company may amend its articles of association and change its business scope, but it shall register the change. Projects that are required to be approved by laws and administrative regulations in the company's business scope shall be approved according to law.
