In the design, the human and the machine should be considered as a whole, reasonable or optimal allocation of human and machine functions, in order to promote the coordination of the two and improve the efficiency of human work. At the same time, some factors in the environment where the human-machine is located, such as temperature, humidity, noise, lighting, vibration, pollution and weightlessness, also affect human efficiency and behavior.
Health
It means that the product will not cause adverse effects on human health during the operation or use of the product. If the product is not reasonably designed, it will put the person in an inappropriate operating position, and operating or using it for a long time will not only make the person feel fatigue, but also affect the person's health.
Comfort
is that people in the process of using the product, the human body can be in a natural state, the operation or use of the posture can be in the people's natural, normal limbs within the scope of physical activity, so that people do not produce premature fatigue. Psychological comfort is also a human-machine relationship should be considered the goal.
Safety
People in the operation and use of the product in the process, the product does not constitute a physiological injury to the human body, the product in contact with the part of the human body does not allow sharp corners and sharp edges and grooves, prone to hazardous places should be designed for safety and protection, such as automobile seatbelt design, the safety of the punching machine to protect the design of the guardrail design in front of the children's seat, and so on.
