Anyone listed in the "Directory of Electromagnetic Radiation Construction Projects and Equipment" must complete the environmental protection declaration and registration procedures. For those that do not meet environmental protection standards and cause serious pollution, remedial measures must be taken, and those that are difficult to remediate must be closed or relocated in accordance with the law.
2. The competent departments of units engaged in electromagnetic radiation activities are responsible for the supervision and management of electromagnetic radiation environmental protection in this system and industry.

3. Any unit or individual has the right to report and accuse any violation of these management regulations
Legal basis: "Radioactive Isotopes and Rays" Article 2 of the Regulations on Device Safety and Protection. Those who produce, sell, and use radioactive isotopes and ray devices within the territory of the People's Republic of China and the People's Republic of China, as well as transfer, import and export of radioactive isotopes, must comply with these regulations. Radioactive isotopes referred to in these regulations include radioactive sources and unsealed radioactive materials.
Article 5 Units that produce, sell, and use radioactive isotopes and ray devices shall obtain licenses in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
