Job description of the position applied for. Affiliated departments and reporting relationships. Your future boss's nationality, background, and style.
Understanding the hiring process:
The company's hiring process. Usually the first step is an interview by the HR department. There may also be a written test. Then there is an interview by the hiring department manager. There may also be personnel and departmental interviews at the same time. In some cases, the first step is a phone interview. Find out the name and position of the interviewer who is interviewing you. Learn as much as you can about the background and personality of the interviewer.
Preparation:

In this article, you will be able to link your past experience to the position you are applying for. (Check what you need to bring: academic credentials, references, ID, etc.). Do not bring any information that reveals the confidentiality of your current company. Don't use company letterhead for your documents (except for references).
Dress and grooming:
Compatible with the culture and position of the company you are applying for. Some companies strictly require formal attire on weekdays, such as some Japanese companies, while many European and American companies dress more casually. Some companies require formal dress for certain positions (e.g., customer service, sales representatives). To be on the safe side, it's better to dress conservatively.
Re-open companies, for tank tops, shorts, beggar's clothing, barefoot sandals, flip-flop sandals, etc. are not acceptable. Boys pay attention to their hair clean and neat, collar cuffs neat, nail repair clean. Girls should not wear heavy makeup or beads. It is important to give the impression of neatness and good health.
