The public tender amount standards for provincial government procurement in 2015-2016 are as follows: 1 million yuan for individual or batch procurement of goods (automobile procurement is determined according to the actual situation); 800,000 yuan for individual or batch procurement of services; and the amount standards for engineering projects are implemented in accordance with the relevant state regulations. Any procurement project that reaches the amount standard of public tender shall be procured by public tender; projects below the amount standard of public tender shall be procured by invitation to tender, competitive negotiation, single-source or quotation in accordance with the law.
