1. All delivery companies must control express mail entering our city from overseas and domestic medium- and high-risk areas. Establish areas to be inspected, implement partitioned storage, and entrust nucleic acid testing institutions to test mailed items to eliminate potential epidemic risks.
2. Implement the “disinfect first, then distribute” system for mail and express mail sent from overseas and domestic medium- and high-risk areas entering our city. All delivery companies must effectively disinfect and ventilate express delivery processing sites, business premises, transportation vehicles, and internal office spaces. All mail and express mail must be strictly disinfected comprehensively.
3. Postal management departments should supervise delivery companies to establish a full-chain, traceable and integrated management system for the mail and express supply chain, and register the entire delivery logistics road freight vehicle information, driver information, and mail and express flow directions. .
4. Inspection of receipt and delivery. When receiving and sending express items, each delivery company should verify the type and source of the items. When the items are imported cold chain foods, they should strictly check the customs declaration form and the "New Coronavirus Nucleic Acid Testing Certificate". Anything without a safety certificate will not be accepted. To receive and send.
5. Carry out health monitoring of employees. Monitor and register the health status of employees on a daily basis, and urge employees to take good health protection.
