Section II construction conditions

Chapter II Construction Progress Plan

Section I Construction Overall Plan

My project department prepares a detailed construction progress plan, see "Shenzhen Salt Two Passage Demolition and Resettlement Comprehensive Building Progress Plan".

The planned start time is March 20, 2009, the basement floor matting construction started in December 2009, and the project completion time is July 15, 2011, with a total construction period of 845 days.

My project department has set the following schedule indexes for each division project:

1. Basement structure is topped off on June 20, 2010; Building A structure is topped off on January 20, 2010; and Building B structure is topped off on December 30, 2010.

2. The masonry work started from October 25, 2010, from the second floor of the basement upwards, and the plastering work started 2 weeks after the masonry was finished, and the completion time was April 29, 2011, which is the first time for the construction of the building.

3. Roofing work started from February 15, 2011 for Block A with a duration of 40 days, while Block B clumps started on January 25, 2011 with a duration of 50 days.

4. The exterior wall decoration project of Block A started from February 20, 2011 with a duration of 70 days, and Block B started from January 30, 2010 with a duration of 95 days.

5. Arrangement of large-scale machinery entering and leaving the site

Tower crane installation is scheduled to be completed on February 5, 2010 after the basement pit excavation is completed. Tower crane dismantling is scheduled to start on June 30, 2011 after the construction elevator is dismantled.

Elevator installation is scheduled to be completed on June 20, 2010 after the basement roof structure is completed. Demolition is scheduled to begin June 25, 2011, after the exterior paint work is completed.

Derrick installation began after the completion of the 10-story slab structure in Block B. Installation is scheduled to be completed on September 20, 2010, and demolition is scheduled to begin on June 20, 2011, after the completion of the exterior wall coating.

Chapter 6: Safety and Risk Prevention of Mechanical Equipments

I. Safety and Risk Prevention of Tower Crane and Requirements

This project adopts one 60-meter jib-length H3/36B tower crane with the slewing range including Yankang Xincun, district road, living area, office area, and so on. Mainly should use the following measures to ensure safety.

1, set slewing limit (including sound alarm) control tower crane arm into the village.

2, when the tower crane forearm into the district road, set up voice-activated prompting device, and strengthen the lookout and command, try to avoid lifting objects into the road.

3, when the crane forearm into the living area set up voice-activated warning device, and strengthen the lookout and command, try to avoid lifting things into the area.

4, the foundation of the project for the pile foundation, complex geological conditions, in accordance with the technical parameters provided by the manufacturer of the tower crane design crane pile foundation, the installation of reinforcing bars and embedded parts to ensure that the foundation is solid.

Other precautions are as follows:

1, installation and dismantling operations before, must carefully study the operating program, in strict accordance with the erection procedures division of labor, unified command.

2, the installation of the tower crane must ensure the stability of the installation process in various states, must use special bolts, shall not be arbitrary substitution.

4, the tower crane must be in accordance with the current national standard "tower crane safety regulations" GB5144 and instructions for the installation of lifting torque limiter, lifting weight limiter, amplitude limiter, lifting height limiter, slewing limiter and other safety devices.

5, in order to prevent accidents, the tower crane must be qualified by the professional team to install and dismantle, the driver must be licensed, after the installation by the Technical Supervision Bureau of Special Equipment Safety Inspection Center or the Construction Authority Safety Supervisory Bureau after acceptance before being put into use, and make a good job for the record.

6, tower crane driver operation, must be in strict accordance with the operating procedures, are not allowed to work against the rules, the strict implementation of the "ten do not hang", before the operation must have a safety and technical briefing records, and fulfill the signature formalities.

7, tower crane installation, jacking, demolition must be prepared first construction program, approved by the project manager to follow.

8, all frame workers must be licensed to work, work ten wear good personal protective equipment, strictly according to the program construction, good tower crane tie point installation, to prevent the collapse of the frame.

Two, elevator safety and risk prevention and requirements

1, during the installation, absolutely not allowed to work with the installation of personnel using the lift.

2, drive the cage operation must be added section button box or operation box to move to the top of the cage manipulation, not allowed to maneuver in the cage.

3, not allowed in the wind speed & gt;13 m / s and lightning, rain and other bad weather conditions for installation work.

4. When the installation work is carried out by using the installation boom set on the top of the cage, the maximum lifting capacity of the boom is 200KG and overloading is not allowed. The cage load is also not allowed to exceed the rated installation load.

5, no one shall be under the spinning crane.

6, the installation of the boom on the hanging objects, shall not open the cage.

7. When the cage is in operation, the head, hands and loaded objects are absolutely not allowed to extend the cage guardrail.

8. Unless the total power supply has been completely cut off, no one shall be allowed to move in the ground fence, on the top of the fence, or leaning on the fence first, as well as in the unsafe areas such as in the elevator channel, in the guide columns and in the attached wall frames.

9. Installation work shall not be performed on the top of the cage unless the anti-malfunction switch of the plus section button box is toggled to the stop position or the emergency stop button on the operator box has been pressed.

10. No incompetent person shall be permitted to carry out electrical wiring work, and when such work is carried out, it must be ensured that the power supply is disconnected.

11.The cage cannot be driven until all the connecting bolts have been fully secured and the spreader has been removed from the freshly installed standard section.

(2) Safety measures for elevator operation

1. The elevator must not be operated if the wind speed is >20m/s.

2. Do not operate the elevator until you have confirmed that the "daily safety check" and "maintenance and repair" have been completed.

3. Cage load and number of passengers are not allowed to exceed the rated value specified on the sign.

4. Do not allow cargo to extend beyond the cage. The boom set at the top of the cage when adding sections should be removed.

5. Except for the driver, no other persons or goods are allowed to be carried in the cab.

6, to ensure that all the protection and safety devices can work properly, otherwise the lift shall not be operated.

7. The lift shall not be operated until it is confirmed that there are no obstacles or persons in the cage and the heavy channel.

8. No person shall be on top of the cage when the lift is operated inside the cage.

9. When a malfunction or a situation that jeopardizes safety is detected, the person in charge of safety at the site shall be reported immediately; the lift shall not be operated until the malfunction and the situation that jeopardizes safety are removed.

(C) other safety requirements

1, before installing the elevator, the installer must carry out a strict appearance check of the installed parts, for the storage, transportation, and installation of damaged parts in the process, then must be repaired or replaced.

2, after the elevator foundation is poured, it is necessary to wait for the concrete to reach 80% strength before the elevator may be installed, usually after 7-8 days.

3, construction elevator operators must be trained, have a certificate of employment, the elevator at the sign showing the person responsible for the operation, the elevator must be set up during the use of safety and technical operating procedures, placed in conspicuous parts of the signage, warning signs.

4, elevator installation, there should be a warning area, the elevator as the center, a radius of 10 meters of the warning area, and rope enclosure, hanging signs, by a full-time safety officer to watch over, idle personnel are not allowed to enter the field.

5, elevator installation should have professional and technical personnel present, the installer should be trained and licensed.

6, the elevator should be installed in strict accordance with the specifications of the test and acceptance test, submit a test report, in the competent authorities acceptance before use, the use of the operation and strengthen the management of the norms.

7, the elevator installation is completed, the elevator should be accepted by the relevant departments, only acceptance of the safety specification requirements are allowed to be put into use after acceptance.

8, the elevator must be daily safety inspection and periodic inspection and testing.

9, the elevator operator should comply with the work duties, strictly abide by the work position, after stopping the work, the cage should be placed on the ground, the electrical switch pull down, lock the electrical box, in order to ensure the safety before leaving the post.

10, installation and driving personnel must strictly abide by the safety regulations of working at height, that is, wearing a helmet and safety belt, wear non-slip shoes.

Three, derrick safety and risk prevention and requirements

1, this derrick in addition to the side against the floor, the other three sides must be full of hanging safety net.

2, before installing the derrick, the installer must carry out a strict appearance check of the installation parts, for the storage, transportation, installation of damaged parts in the process, must be repaired or replaced.

3, the operator must be trained on the cage, the use of automatic dumping bucket, the system of electrical operation of the winch, etc., must be familiar with its operating procedures to ensure safe production.

4, the cage is strictly prohibited to carry people, cage or bucket in the operation or stopping floor clearance are not allowed to enter the steel pipe derrick, must strictly comply with the safety regulations.

5, must be set up with reliable safety stopping device and broken rope protection device.

6, the basket set safety door, so as not to fall in the transportation of materials, the top of the derrick must be used to double the height limit device, so that the basket to limit the role of power failure.

7, all circuit equipment and circuit installation should meet the specification requirements.

8, derrick installation, dismantling, should be set up a warning area, set to the guide rail as the center, radius of 10 meters of the warning area, and use the rope surrounded by the circle, hanging signage, by a full-time safety officer to watch over, idle personnel are not allowed to enter the field.

9, derrick installation, removal of professional and technical personnel to be present, installation, removal of personnel should be trained and licensed.
