Introduction of hand-held ATP fluorescence detector

ATP (adenosine triphosphate) is called ATP in Chinese. It is ubiquitous in microbial cells such as bacteria, and ATP is the energy substance of microbial metabolism. ATP bioluminescence method uses several components in ATP reagent, such as fluorescein-luciferase, to react with the sample to generate photons, and then uses a specially developed fluorescence detector to capture and detect the luminescence value. Because there is a certain functional relationship between the number of bacteria and other microorganisms in the sample to be tested and the ATP value, the content of bacteria and other microorganisms in the sample to be tested can be obtained by detecting the luminescence value.
