Chapter I General Provisions

Article 5 Working hours:

Article IX Matters to be Observed by Employees:

Article 10 Prohibited Matters

1. Deceiving the company and colleagues.

2. Disclosing company secrets, distorting facts, spreading gossip, and soliciting outside in the name of the company.

3, slackness in work, violation of work regulations, disobedience to instructions from superiors without a valid reason, act beyond the authority, arbitrary, clique, make a fuss over nothing, and disrupt the work order.

Article 11 Safety and security system.
