The Embassy in Cambodia
According to the latest domestic requirements, starting from November 14, 2022, the Chinese Embassy in Cambodia will adjust and optimize the remote prevention and control requirements for people traveling from Cambodia to China as follows :
1. All personnel traveling from Cambodia to China must complete a nucleic acid test within 48 hours before boarding the flight. Persons traveling to China are asked to choose to undergo a nucleic acid test at two legal institutions recognized by the Ministry of Health of Cambodia or the Royal Cambodian Military Hospital) and strictly abide by the 48-hour testing time limit.
2. Cancellation of other prevention and control requirements for people with a history of previous infection, close contact, suspected symptoms, and "uncertain" test results. All relevant personnel can submit a nucleic acid test within 48 hours before boarding. Negative report applies for health code.
3. Passengers transiting to China can take a nucleic acid test at either the place of departure or the place of transit. The time limit is within 48 hours before boarding the flight to China, and the nucleic acid test must be reported to the Chinese Embassy at the place of testing. Apply for a health code at the consulate.
4. The health code application platform and application process remain unchanged. After all travelers from Cambodia to China complete a nucleic acid test, they must report the nucleic acid test report back to the airline as soon as possible, and the airline will organize and centrally upload the application for a health code after summarizing it. The Chinese Embassy in Cambodia specifically reminds people traveling from Cambodia to China to continue to take personal protection to avoid delaying their trips due to infection. Consciously comply with testing, isolation and other epidemic prevention requirements after entering the country.
