Zhou Xiaode, male, Han nationality, born in August 1960, a native of Jiangxi Province, a member of the Chinese *** party, Ph.D., professor, doctoral tutor, graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering of Jiangxi Institute of Technology in July 1982 with a Bachelor's Degree, and studied for a master's degree and Ph.D. in the Department of Water Resources of Shaanxi Institute of Mechanics between September 1982 and 1989, and was awarded the Ph.D. degree of Hydrology and Water Resources. He was appointed as Associate Professor in December 1990 and Professor in March 1993. He studied at the University of Michigan, the University of Japan and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and was engaged in teaching and scientific research on water pollution control and environmental hydraulics. He has published more than 80 academic papers and 3 monographs, and has won 3 provincial and ministerial awards for scientific and technological progress, as well as 5 awards at the departmental and bureau level. He also serves as an advisory member of the Shaanxi Provincial Decision-making Advisory Committee, director of the China Water Resources Society, vice president of the Shaanxi Provincial Water Resources Society, and vice president of the Shaanxi Provincial Environmental Science Society.

Liu Ding, male, born in 1957, Shandong Province, Chinese *** party members, doctor of engineering, professor of control science and engineering, doctoral supervisor, is currently the president of Xi'an University of Technology.
He graduated from Shaanxi Mechanical College (now Xi'an University of Technology) in 1982 and 1987, majoring in automation, and obtained bachelor's and master's degrees respectively; from October 1991 to December 1992, he worked in Fukui University, Japan, on artificial intelligence and intelligent control; he obtained a doctorate degree in control science and engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University in 1997; from 1987 to now, he has been working in Xi'an University of Technology.
