Rehabilitation is not the same as recovery
Rehabilitation is synonymous with recovery from illness in the Chinese language, and recovery generally refers to the decline in health after illness. Recovery generally refers to a decline in health after illness, and after treatment and rest, health is restored to its pre-disease level, i.e., 100% recovery has been achieved. However, the recovery referred to by Rehabilitation refers to the situation where the health level drops after an injury or illness, and despite active treatment, a disability is formed and the health level is not restored to the original level, i.e., it does not reach 100% recovery. Traditionally, China has used rehabilitation as a synonym for complete "recovery" from illness, which makes the Chinese understanding of rehabilitation quite different from that of the international community. This is noteworthy. It is also worth noting that in Hong Kong, Rehabilitation is translated as Rehabilitation; in Taiwan, it is translated as Rehabilitation.
