I. Design and Preparation Stage

Corrosion: the circuit board is put into the corrosive liquid for corrosion, and the copper that is not protected by the mask is etched away to form the lead. Corrosive liquids are usually composed of concentrated hydrochloric acid, concentrated hydrogen peroxide and water in the ratio of 1: 2: 3.
Four, cleaning and inspection stage
Cleaning: use chemical solution to clean the chemicals in the manufacturing process, so as to avoid residues from affecting the circuit function.
Inspection: inspect the completed circuit board to ensure that it meets the quality requirements.
