① purified water cycle pre-rinse: a storage tank and a pump, and the pipeline to be passivated into a circular path, in the storage tank filled with enough deionized water at room temperature, with the pump to the cycle, 15min after opening the drain valve, while the cycle is discharged, it is best to install a flow meter.
② lye cycle cleaning: prepare NaOH chemical reagent, add hot water (temperature not less than 70 ℃) configured as 1% (volume concentration) of the lye, with a pump for the cycle, the time is not less than 30min, and then discharged.
③ Rinse: add purified water, start the pump, open the drain valve discharge until the resistivity of the water at each exit point is the same as the resistivity of the water in the tank, the discharge time of at least 30min.
④ Passivation: a. With purified water and chemically pure nitric acid formulated as an 8% acid solution, circulate at a temperature of 49 ~ 52 ℃ for 60min and then discharged. b. Or with 3% hydrofluoric acid (volumetric fraction), 20% nitric acid (v/v), 77% purified water to prepare a solution, the solution temperature at 25 ~ 35 ℃, circulating for 10 ~ 20min. and then discharged.
⑤ Initial rinse: rinse with purified water at room temperature for not less than 5min.
⑥ Final rinse: rinse again until the resistivity of the inlet and outlet purified water is the same.
⑦ Pure steam disinfection: clean steam into the entire stainless steel piping system, each point of use at least 15min rinse.
The above cleaning, passivation, disinfection process and its parameters should be recorded.
(4) integrity test
Water storage tanks installed on a variety of ventilation filters must do integrity testing.
