Please make sure that the printer is turned on and only the power light is on all the time. If other indicators are on or flashing, please refer to the attached operation manual for troubleshooting. You can download the operation manual from the Epson website:/apps/tech _ support/guidedrive.aspx.

When only the power light is on all the time, please follow the following methods:

(1) right click "computer"->; "management"->; Services and Applications, double-click Services and set the Spooler to Started.

(2) Click "Start->" in the lower left corner of the computer; "Printers and Faxes" or "Devices and Printers" to check whether there is an icon for your printer. (3) If the printer icon is used, click the right mouse button, click the icon to select Printer Properties and click Print Test Page. If the test page can print normally, the driver is installed correctly. If the test page cannot be printed, please delete the printer icon, and then plug and unplug the USB interface on the printer side again. Normally, a new icon will appear. Please set this icon as the default printer.

Description:

L If the new printer icon does not appear, please plug and unplug the USB interface on the computer again.

L If you use a desktop, please plug the USB cable into the USB interface at the back of the host.

(4) If a new printer icon can't appear, right-click Computer and select Management → Device Manager to see if there are any devices with yellow exclamation marks or question marks under Other Devices. If yes, please right-click the device, select "uninstall" and plug the USB interface again.

(5) if the prompt "new hardware found" is still not displayed, please disconnect all USB printers connected to the computer and check the device manager->; Is there "USB printing support" in "Universal Serial Bus Controller"? If so, right-click and select Uninstall, and then re-insert the USB cable.

(6) If "New Hardware Found" is still not prompted, or "USB Printing Support" is not available, it is recommended to replace the USB cable with shielding magnetic ring or replace the computer for testing within 2m.
