1. If there are no other provisions in the Articles of Association, after the death of the shareholder, the legal successor of the natural person shareholder can inherit the shareholder qualification.
In a limited liability company, if there is no special provision in the articles of association, after the death of a shareholder, the equity is an integral part of the estate, and the legal heir of the shareholder may claim to inherit the equity.
2. Where there are provisions in the articles of association, reference shall be made to the provisions in the articles of association.
