Equipment Rental Costing Method

This costing method has rental costs, transportation and installation costs, operation and maintenance costs, energy and consumables costs.

1, rental costs: this is the most direct cost, including the rent of equipment, deposits, security deposits and so on. Rent may be fixed, or may be based on the use of time, the amount of use or other factors change.

2, transportation and installation costs: the cost of transporting the equipment from the rental company to the place of use, as well as the cost of installing and commissioning the equipment.

3, operation and maintenance costs: including operator's wages, training costs, routine maintenance and repair of equipment.

4, energy and consumables costs: equipment operation of power, fuel, lubricants and other energy costs, as well as consumables consumed.
