What is the difference between inorganic dyes and organic dyes

Inorganic pigments are oxides of non-ferrous metals, or insoluble metal salts of some metals. Inorganic pigments are also divided into natural inorganic pigments and artificial inorganic pigments, and natural inorganic pigments are mineral pigments.

Organic pigments are colored organic compounds, which are also divided into two categories: natural and synthetic. Nowadays, synthetic organic pigments are commonly used. Organic pigments have more varieties, more complete colors and better performance than inorganic pigments.

Inorganic pigments are mainly carbon black and iron, titanium, barium, zinc, cadmium, lead and other metal oxides or salts. Organic pigments can be divided into several categories such as single azo, double azo, color precipitates, phthalocyanine or thick ring pigments.
