The department has specialized laboratories for blood, clinical chemistry, immunology, microbiology, coagulation mechanism, initial screening of hiv antibody, clinical examination and pcr, etc. It owns Hitachi 7170a automatic biochemical analyzer, Abbott axsym immunoanalytical system, Japan photoelectric mek-7222 hemocytometer, stago automatic hemocoagulation analyzer, baker's biosafety cabinet and other modern laboratory equipment. Modern laboratory analysis equipment, the establishment of a more complete laboratory management system, testing service standards and indoor quality control system, the Ministry of Health and the Beijing Municipal quality control activities for many years to maintain advanced, its equipment, technology and quality of the domestic first-class level, was confirmed as the Beijing Municipal first-class laboratory.
At present, the department has one master's tutor, three deputy chief examiners, nine supervisory technicians, one doctor, four masters and eight undergraduates, and is responsible for the laboratory teaching of some undergraduates and master's students in the Department of Medical Engineering, Department of Medicine, Department of Laboratory Medicine of the Capital Medical University and the Hospital, as well as the study of the changes of biological indicators of aging with ageing in the healthy population in Beijing area. We have also undertaken six research projects at the institutional level, national level and national level, such as "the study of changes in biological indicators of aging in healthy populations in Beijing", "screening of biological indicators of aging", "the study of molecular mechanism of hdtic-1 and 2 astragaline compounds in delaying the replicative aging of diploid fibroblasts", and so on. We have done systematic research on the correlation between biomolecule glycosylation, sex hormone level, lymphocyte anti-oxidative stress ability and ageing, and have published 38 research papers at home and abroad, and the research on the overall aging indexes is at the leading level in the field of domestic clinical testing.
