Article 15 The duties of the Company's personnel at all levels, in addition to the duties of the job description, such as non-job duties, but by the upper

Article 17 The Company shall be liable for compensation if the Company suffers damage due to negligence or willfulness on the part of its employees.

Article 18 The working hours of the Company shall be 40 hours per week, with Saturdays, Sundays and holidays off. If the business

department is unable to take Sunday off due to the shift system required by the work, two days off for every seven days may be considered as regular vacation.

Article 19: The daily working hours of the management department shall be from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The daily working hours of the business department shall be set as one shift or multiple shifts depending on the business needs. If a day and night shift system is adopted, all

shifts must be adjusted once a week.

Article 20 shall sign in or punch the card in person when going on or going off duty, and shall not entrust others to sign or punch on behalf of others, and if there is a situation of signing or punching on behalf of others, both parties shall be punished for absenteeism.

Article 21 The management of employee attendance is determined separately.

Article 22 The daily working hours of the Company are set at seven hours, if the working hours are extended to eight hours due to the need of work,

the extended hours are overtime work.

In addition to the foregoing, the working hours may be extended due to natural calamities, seasonal events, and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Company's policies, provided that the total number of hours of work shall not exceed twelve (12) hours per day, and that the total number of hours of work extended shall not exceed forty-six (46) hours per month. Overtime compensation shall be paid in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Company.

Article 23 After the end of each day and on regular holidays, personnel may be assigned to be on day and night duty, the methods of which shall be determined separately.

Article 24 Employees shall take leave of absence in accordance with the following provisions:?

(1) Sick leave - those who need medical treatment or recuperation due to illness may take sick leave, the total number of which shall not exceed 30 days per year, which may be offset by unused vacation leave

and special leave.

(2) Casual leave--Casual leave may be granted to those who need to take care of personal matters, and the total number of days may not exceed 14 days per year, which may be offset by special leave.

(3) Marriage leave - If a person marries in person, he/she may take a marriage leave of three days, and if he/she marries at a later date, the marriage leave shall be seven days.

(4) Bereavement leave - If a grandparent, parent, or spouse is bereaved, three days of bereavement leave may be taken; if a grandparent or spouse's grandparent, parent, or child is bereaved, two days of bereavement leave may be taken.

(5) Maternity Leave - A female employee who gives birth can take eight weeks of maternity leave (the weekly holidays during the leave are included in the calculation).

(6) Official leave - Official leave may be granted for taking government-administered qualification examinations (not contingent on employment), for military service or assembly, and for standing for election, depending on the actual need.

(7) Leave for public injuries - Those who have been injured in the course of public duties may take leave for public injuries, and the leave will be determined according to the actual needs of the situation.

Article 25: If the leave of absence is overdue, except for sick leave, which shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph of the preceding Article, the rest shall be treated as absenteeism. However, if a person suffers from a serious illness that cannot be cured within a short period of time and is certified by the hospital, he/she may, depending on his/her condition, seniority in the company, and service achievement, request the general manager to extend his/her sick leave for a period of up to three months. If the leave of absence is overdue due to a special or accidental incident, the general manager may extend the leave of absence for a maximum of 15 days, and the extension will be handled in accordance with the provisions of the preceding article.

Article 26: Salary during the leave period shall be paid in accordance with the following provisions.

(1) If the leave of absence does not exceed the prescribed number of days or if the leave of absence is extended for sick leave, the basic salary shall be paid during the period of leave of absence.

(2) The salary of a person on official leave shall be paid as usual, but if the person is called for military service for more than 30 days and the military service organization has another payroll, the salary of the Company shall be suspended.

(3) The salary for public injury leave is paid by the insurance authority in accordance with the labor insurance regulations, and the company will make up the difference in their original income.

Article 27 Employees taking leave shall fill out a leave form and submit it for verification; sick leave of more than three days shall be accompanied by a physician's certificate
