Over the past ten years, the company's technology center has made great development, accumulated a lot of design experience, emerged a group of people with real talent and commitment to the research of metallurgical machinery, and accomplished a number of domestic leading and international advanced technical achievements, and in 2004, it was awarded as the Tianjin Enterprise Technology Center. The center consists of mechanical design room, hydraulic lubrication design room, electrical transmission design room, process design room, new product design room, there are 102 people in various engineering technology and R & D personnel, including 35 people with senior titles or above. The technology center has formed a technological innovation system of "producing one generation, trial manufacturing one generation, researching one generation and conceiving one generation", and has formed a technological advancement mechanism which is market-oriented and integrates scientific research, development, design and production. In recent years, on the basis of digesting and absorbing domestic and foreign advanced technology, the company has designed and manufactured a number of products with independent intellectual property rights. The self-developed hot-rolled strip steel finishing equipment, collection area and other equipment have become well-known products in domestic hot-rolled strip steel production line after continuous innovation. They are widely used in hot strip production lines for plain carbon steel, stainless steel and so on.
In 2005, CCTC designed and manufactured the first stainless steel 1150 hot rolled broad strip steel production line in China, which applies finite element analysis and computer simulation technology to optimize the overall structure, realize full hydraulic press down, AGC thickness control and hydraulic bending rolls, so that the thickness difference and plate shape of the strip steel can be controlled reliably and the quality of the strip steel can be improved. Some technologies have filled the gaps in China.
In 2007, the project of "series development and industrialization of stainless steel hot-rolled broad strip steel production line" of CSTC was awarded "Tianjin Science and Technology Innovation Special Funds in 2007". The company has realized the serialization of strip steel design and manufacturing.
In 2003, CST developed and produced 1070 universal H-beam steel production line, and the independently developed high stiffness short stress line universal rolling mill filled the blank in China, and in 2007, the company developed the first 400×200mm H-beam steel production line in China, and all the performance indexes of the independently developed second-generation high stiffness short stress line universal rolling mill reached or exceeded the imported products, which were recognized as the leading products in China and the international advanced products in the industry. The industry is recognized to reach the domestic leading and international advanced technology level. After that, our company has successively developed different specifications of universal H-beam production line, such as large-sized, medium-sized, light-thin and ultra-light-thin. Our company has the ability to design and manufacture H-beam production line equipment with different specifications from 100-900mm.
In 2008, CCTC started to design and manufacture technologically leading precision titanium alloy plate production line for Antai Technology and China Shipbuilding Heavy Industry, which opened up a new field of designing and manufacturing high-end high-quality alloy steel production equipment. At present, the company is developing cold rolled precision strip equipment with the world's cutting-edge technology level, striving for a new breakthrough in the research and development of high-end equipment technology for cold and hot rolling.
China Heavy Technology has successively obtained two scientific and technological progress awards in Tianjin, and more than 20 technical patents, including two invention patents. The impressive performance has attracted the attention of domestic media, and many media, including China Metallurgical News, have reported the successful application of the independent innovative products of CST.
Zhongzhong Technology has established a good cooperation relationship with famous universities and research institutes, such as BeiJing University, Yanshan University, Steel Research Institute, etc. In 2008, the company purchased SolidWorks 3D design and the supporting finite element analysis software, which realizes the upgrading of the design capability. Through the computer simulation force analysis, stiffness analysis, motion analysis, finite element analysis, simulation prototype, etc., the risk of new product development disappeared in the design stage, greatly improving the R & D capability, shortening the R & D cycle, extending the R & D field.
