According to the vaccine management law, what conditions should the vaccination unit meet?

The inoculation entity shall meet the following conditions: it has the Practice License of Medical Institution;

Having medical practitioners, assistant medical practitioners, nurses or rural doctors who have passed the vaccination professional training organized by the competent health department of the people's government at the county level and passed the examination; It has refrigeration facilities, equipment and refrigeration system that meet the management standards for vaccine storage and transportation.

Legal basis: Article 44 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Vaccine Management Law: The inoculation entity shall meet the following conditions:

(1) Obtaining the practice license of a medical institution;

(2) Having doctors, nurses or rural doctors who have received professional vaccination training organized by the competent health department of the people's government at the county level and passed the examination;

(3) Having cold storage facilities, equipment and cold storage systems that meet the management standards for vaccine storage and transportation.

The competent health department of the local people's government at or above the county level shall designate qualified medical institutions to undertake the immunization program vaccination work in the responsible area. Eligible medical institutions can undertake non-immune vaccination work, and shall report to the competent health department that issued the practice license of their medical institutions for the record.

Inoculation units should strengthen internal management, and carry out vaccination work should abide by vaccination work norms, immunization procedures, vaccine use guidelines and vaccination programs.

Disease prevention and control institutions at all levels should strengthen the technical guidance and vaccine use management of vaccination units.
