Article XII Provisions Concerning the Attribution of Technical Achievements
In the course of the performance of the contract, the new technical achievements accomplished by the service party by utilizing the technical information and working conditions provided by the commissioning party shall belong to the service party; and the new technical achievements accomplished by the commissioning party by utilizing the work results of the service party shall belong to the commissioning party. The new technical achievements shall be entitled to the moral rights (such as the right to receive prizes, medals and certificates of honor), economic rights (such as the right to transfer patents and non-patent technologies, the right to use them, etc.) and other benefits obtained in respect of the new technical achievements.
