The main contents of RoHS directive revision are:
1, which changed the legal terminology and clarified the scope and definition of the directive;
2. Introduce the ce mark and EC conformity statement of the product;
3. Incorporate medical instruments, control and monitoring instruments into the scope of RoHS directive by stages;
The six hazardous substances restricted have not changed, but four substances-hexabromocyclododecane (HBCDD), 2- ethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP), butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP) and dibutyl phthalate (DBP)-need to be evaluated first to see whether they will be included in the restricted substances in the future.
