After reviewing all the centralized bidding and purchasing documents, we decided to submit the bidding documents according to the "Second Centralized Bidding and Online Competitive Purchasing of Drugs for the Medical Institutions of Ministry of Health in 2004". After reviewing all the centralized bidding and procurement documents, we decided to participate in the bidding and online bidding in accordance with the "Second Centralized Bidding and Online Competitive Purchasing of Drugs for Medical Institutions under the Ministry of Health 2004 Bidding Documents". We guarantee the authenticity and legality of all the quotations and other supporting documents provided, and are willing to compensate for all the economic losses incurred by the bidding agency due to the defects of the quotations and other supporting documents.
If we win the bid, bidding transactions, we will be in accordance with the requirements of the bidder on time delivery or commissioned to deliver the winning varieties, to ensure the fulfillment of the purchase and sale contract.
We agree that this bidding letter is valid and binding on us within 90 days from the date of opening of the bidding notice. Our bid may be awarded until the expiration of the bid validity period.

Before the formal contract is ready and signed, this bidding letter and your notification of award and online bidding will constitute the contract that binds us both. We fully understand that you are not bound to accept the lowest bid or any bid received.
