Regulations on Work-Related Injury Insurance
Article 37 Employees who are disabled at work and are appraised to be disabled from Grade 7 to Grade 10 shall enjoy the following treatment:
(1) A one-time disability benefit shall be paid from the Work-Related Injury Insurance Fund according to the level of disability at the following rates: 13 months' salary for Grade 7 disability, 11 months' salary for Grade 8 disability, 9 months' salary for Grade 9 disability, and 9 months' salary for Grade 9 disability, and 9 months' salary for Grade 9 disability, and 9 months' salary for Grade 9 disability. The specific standards for the one-time medical benefits for work-related injuries and the one-time employment benefits for disability are prescribed by the people's governments of the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government.

Measures for the Implementation of the Regulations on Work-Related Injury Insurance in Jiangsu Province
Article 27: When an employee who has been disabled at work is determined to have a disability of the fifth to the tenth degree, and when he or she terminates or ceases to have a labor relationship with the employing unit in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations, the one-time medical benefit for the injury is to be paid by the fund of the work-injury insurance, and the one-time employment grant for the disability is to be paid by the employing unit. The baseline standard for the one-time injury medical benefit is 200,000 yuan for Grade 5, 160,000 yuan for Grade 6, 120,000 yuan for Grade 7, 80,000 yuan for Grade 8, 50,000 yuan for Grade 9, and 30,000 yuan for Grade 10. The benchmark standard for the one-time disability employment benefit is 95,000 yuan for Grade 5, 85,000 yuan for Grade 6, 45,000 yuan for Grade 7, 35,000 yuan for Grade 8, 25,000 yuan for Grade 9, and 15,000 yuan for Grade 10.
The municipal people's government of an area can determine the standard of one-time medical benefit for work-related injuries and one-time employment benefit for disability by floating up or down by no more than 20% on the basis of the benchmark standard according to the level of local economic development and the standard of living of the residents, and report it to the provincial social insurance administrative department for record.
For injured workers suffering from occupational diseases, the one-time medical benefits for work-related injuries shall be increased by 40% on the basis of the above standards.
Adjustment of the benchmark standards for the one-time work injury medical benefits and one-time disability employment benefits shall be reported to the provincial people's government by the provincial social insurance administrative department in conjunction with the provincial financial department for approval and determination.
