Especially the quantitative dosing and mixing packaging machine not only reduces the production cost and energy consumption of formula fertilizer, solves the problem of diversion caused by the different specific gravity and particle of materials in ordinary equipment, but also improves the dosing accuracy and production efficiency, and reduces the problem of easy moisture dissolution of formula fertilizer production. At the same time, we were listed as the advantageous cultivation unit in Hebei Province and the model enterprise of technological innovation for small and medium-sized enterprises in Hebei Province in 2008. in May 2009, we hosted the "Research on Quality Control Technology of Soil Testing and Formulaic Fertilizer Application" with the National Fertilizer Quality Supervision and Inspection Center***. in February 2010, we were listed as a priority purchasing product by the Department of Finance and the Department of Science and Technology of Hebei Province. Standard for Blended Fertilizer and BB Fertilizer
On April 9, 2008, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (AQSIQ) and the State Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China (SSAC) approved and released national standard of Blended Fertilizer (BB Fertilizer), GB 21633-2008 (hereinafter referred to as the "new standard"), which is to be formally implemented from December 1, 2008 onwards. The new standard will be formally implemented from December 1, 2008 onwards. The standard is part of the mandatory national standards, the implementation of the standard, the enterprise production of blended fertilizer (BB fertilizer), the intrinsic quality and product labeling to implement the new standard, and can no longer implement the compound fertilizer (compound fertilizer) national standards GB 15063-2001. I would like to introduce to the reader a few key points of the new standard.
One, the scope of application of the standard
The new standard applies to nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, three nutrients in at least two nutrients marked amount of granular fertilizers made of dry mixing method; applicable to dry mixing method of nitrogen fertilizers mixed with granular particles (eg, large particles of urea), particles of phosphorus fertilizers (eg, ammonium phosphate) and particles of potash fertilizer one or more particles of the composite fertilizers. The new standard does not apply to the compound fertilizer only dry mixed with organic particles, biological agent particles, trace elements particles in one or more particles of the product.
Second, the nutrient indicators do not distinguish between high and low concentrations
With the national standard for compound fertilizers according to the total nutrient content of high, medium and low concentrations, the new standard has only one indicator: the total nutrient content of not less than 35.0%. Water-soluble phosphorus as a percentage of effective phosphorus, moisture content and particle size (2.00mm ~ 4.00mm) of the indicators are: not less than 60%, not more than 2.0% and not less than 70%.
Three, a new breakthrough in trace elements
In 2001, when revising the national standard for compound fertilizers (compound fertilizers), the state simultaneously issued GB 15063-2001 "Compound Fertilizers (Compound Fertilizers)" and GB 18382-2001 "Fertilizer Labeling Content and Requirements". In order to put an end to the phenomenon that some enterprises included medium and trace elements in the total nutrients and used the labeling to mislead consumers, the standard clearly stipulates that if medium and trace elements are added, they shall not be marked on the packaging containers and quality certificates. However, considering that trace elements are also indispensable nutrients for crops, the standard has reserved the interface of "except for the provisions of national standards or industry standards". In recent years, the nation's soil testing and formula fertilization efforts to increase the promotion of adjusting the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium ratio at the same time targeted increase in the application of medium and trace elements has become more and more important. 2006, the Ministry of Agriculture issued the agricultural industry standard NY/T 1112-2006 "formulated fertilizers", for the first time on the iron, manganese, copper, zinc, boron and molybdenum trace elements, "open the ban! ". The standard provides: iron, manganese, copper, zinc, boron content of not less than 0.2% and molybdenum content of not less than 0.01% can be marked in the packaging logo, but shall not be counted as total nutrients. The release of the new standard, a single medium element of not less than 2.0%, a single trace element of not less than 0.02% can be marked in the package labeling, but shall not be included in the total nutrients. The detection method of medium and trace elements is currently implemented according to GB/T 19203-2003 and GB/T 14540-2003 standards.
Four, the sampling program is more scientific and reasonable
Blended fertilizer (BB fertilizer) in the storage and transportation process, the material particles of different densities are easy to stratify, which will result in uneven distribution of nutrients within the package. According to the sampling plan of the national standard for compound fertilizers, it is easy for the nutrient test results to deviate from the actual situation. The new standard for blended fertilizer product characteristics of a more scientific and reasonable sampling program: the use of special internal and external double-layer, can be rotated to close the inner groove of the sampling probe; in turn, from the corners of the package sampling; the total sample size of not less than 4 kg; the sample must be used to grid groove type shrinkage of the shrinkage.
Fifth, the new provisions of the logo
According to the new standard requirements, the product name can only use "blended fertilizer" or "blended fertilizer (BB fertilizer)". Chlorine ion content greater than 3% must be clearly labeled with the Chinese "chlorine", not "chlorine", "containing Cl" or "Cl " instead of "Chlorine", "Cl" or "Cl". And the label "contains chlorine" shall not be labeled with potassium sulfate (type), potassium nitrate (type), sulfur and other words that can easily lead users to believe that the product does not contain chlorine. Add ammonium nitrate raw material blended fertilizer should be marked on the front of the package ammonium nitrate mass fraction, and marked in the logo of safety precautions.
Sixth, increased the tonnage bag packaging specifications
BB fertilizer in English is Bulk blending fertilizer, meaning bulk blended fertilizer. BB fertilizer in foreign countries is mostly mixed now, short-distance bulk transportation, but basically there is no bulk fertilizer in China at present. The new standard for the first time will be 1000 kg ton bag packaging included in the net specifications, which is mainly to consider China's planting industry in some areas has begun to intensify, the bulk or ton bag of fertilizer will have a certain demand.
