The classification of energy-saving design of public buildings shall meet the following requirements:

1 According to the construction area, it is divided into Class A buildings and Class B buildings:

1) Buildings with a single building area of more than 300m2; Buildings with a single building area less than or equal to 300m2 but a total building area greater than 1000m2 are Grade A buildings;

2) Buildings with single building area less than or equal to 300m2 and total building area less than or equal to 1000m2 are Class B buildings.

2 Class A buildings are divided into educational buildings, office buildings, hotel buildings, commercial buildings, medical and health buildings and other buildings according to their functions:

1) educational buildings: nurseries, kindergartens, boarding schools, primary and secondary schools, institutions of higher learning, junior colleges, vocational and technical schools, special education schools, etc.

2) Office building: office building, commercial office building, scientific research building, archives building, administrative office building, hotel-style office building, judicial building, scientific experiment building, etc.

3) Hotel buildings: hotels, express hotels, hotels, hotels, guest houses, resorts, etc.
