Four standard points
The standard points shall be the basic qualification points for non-Shanghai students who enter Shanghai for employment and apply for the Shanghai household registration. Non-Shanghai graduates who are employed in Shanghai and whose cumulative scores of various elements are higher than the standard score can apply for Shanghai household registration; those who are lower than the standard score can apply for the Shanghai Residence Permit for the introduction of talents. The standard score will be announced by the Office of Shanghai Joint Conference on Employment of College Graduates.
